I was greeted by Kyle and Anthony when arriving on the lot right away. He had two Outbacks already to go. After introductions we took the first one for a drive. Kyle was on point with his knowledge going through the key features of the car as I drove and answered a few great questions that I had. The Outback is a great choice for anyone that is outdoors or just wants a great wagon. While I waited for bank approval Kyle checked on me offering snacks but never overbearing and keeping me informed of when I would sit with the finance dept. I was informed that the car I picked was a bit out of my price range Matt though was there to save the day with a quick view of the inventory to help me pick the car that I would later take home. After a quick second test drive the decision was made. Matt in finance was doing a great job keeping me grounded within my budget Teri sat with me patient and offering great quips as I finalized the insurance and transfer of my down payment. 4 hours from arrival to signing the last form. I bought a new Subaru from Gina at Subaru of Baton Rouge in 2023. I had SUCH a good experience with Gina and the whole crew. Today my husband decided to trade in his truck for a Subaru too! I reached out to Gina (who has stayed in contact to check on us and the vehicle I purchased) and let her know that we were interested. She told me to stop by and she would help us. We test drove some beautiful cars. She gave us an INCREDIBLE deal on our trade in. We worked with Mr. Terry on the financing and warranty options that are just too good to pass up (I’ve personally used mine a few times in the past 2 years and I’m so happy I made the decision to purchase them).
